Can you make me a crossmember?
Not sure if you've been following my project thread (linked in sig)
or the trouble im having to get this crossmember built for me.... but can you help? ive been waiting on someone to make me this crossmember for a couple months now, and it NEEDs to get done soon. its not tooooo complicated of a part. just a tube needs to get bent (or if that isnt easy for you guys, i can modify the design so it can just be welded sections as well) 1.5x1.5" 1/4" w/t square steel tube. or 1.5" dia 1/4" w/t round tube if you prefer. i know you dont do laser cutting in-house, but i also need the tabs shown in the screenshots below made for me as well. and i want you to weld it all up for me too. is this possible? what kind of time do you think it will take you? i can provide CAD drawings in most formats, and am available to answer any questions by phone. please let me know! thanks!! and the screenshots   OR with round tubing     and how it is going to be used       i have more details to mention if you think you can help me. let me know thanks!! |

how bout you pack your bags and come work for us? provide us with a blueprint with all the angles and measurements. we do have our own tube bender and laser, so the round tube version would be easier. |

i think i may have you design me a front bumper for my f650. i dont like the factory one. its too puny for my likings. i want a big "get the fukk outa my way bumper from hell".

if you give me dimensions on the mounting area + grill cutoff/fender fronts/wheel openings i can play around a bit.
not exactly a truck i can go look at and pull a tape measure out when the owner isnt looking in front of kroger lol |
