that is a bad azz how too... and I'm not critisizing (sp) you I'm making a suggestion as an alternate to the use of all that plywood... if you just build a skeleton out of just the places you say to brace.... kinda like this...

and just connect all to the braces.. find an old t-shirt or some kind of cotton fabric... staple it to that skeleton and lay fiberglass straight to it....

the only reason I suggest it cuz it takes less time to do this than all the measureing for the filler peices and alot easier to contour..!!!! but all in all your how to was great!!!!!

oh and sorry delete this before making how to!!!! don't want to ruin it!! sorry

I didnt make the full skeleton because I didnt want to use that much fiberglass. Too much work for it just to be upholstered. If I was painting the whole thing I would have done the frame method. I understand what you are saying though. Thanx for the compliments.
