towing a jimmy with auto xfer case?

I have a 94 Jimmy 4x4 with the push button transfer case that I will be towing tomorrow on a 2 wheel car dolly. It says in the manual that towing the push button xfer case vehicle is not recommended because you obviously cant shift the case into neutral.
Since I don't have a choice right now, and I have to go from Nebraska to North Carolina, does anyone think I will have a real problem? It is going front forward on the dolly per u-haul instructions and I just want to know ahead of time what consequences I might have. I also can't remove the driveshaft right now either. I just don't have the time.

Well I'm not sure about the transfercase, but it would take 5 minutes to take the driveshaft out.

Oh crap, I just looked at Chilton's online (it's nice being in the Army and getting free access to it) and it's just 4 bolts since I have the one piece DS. Damn, I guess I'm heading outside to do that now. Thanks.
