Re: 1st gen Blazers; post pics here

i just reused part of the original floorboard because I ran out of sheet and I didn't want to buy a whole sheet for that little part. I also liked that it has beads and creases to help strengthen the floor a little. I already cut them off though

Re: 1st gen Blazers; post pics here

It's set up with an SD 4link, and custom lift bars. The bags are RE7's mounted on the lift bars. The floor stayed stock in the cargo area, and the rear seat will go right back in. With this setup I can layout with the stick inners in the rear with a 235/40/18 tire.

I can ride with it laid out. The tunnel was raised about 3/4" to clear the drive shaft. It's kinda hard to see in the pix though.

Also, you can see here that there is no hoop/loop from the cross member. Thats what aloud the floor to stay stock for the most part.

Heres the custom lift bars that the bags sit on.

dude guess what, the rear window is popping out due to the tailgate. It's all crooked. I'm seeing if I can take a trip to Fresno to the Pick N Pull out there for some new doors, tailgate and window. *fingerscrossed

Yup, I lost about 3-4 gallons. The rear cross member end at the capped 2"x4"s. They are gusseted on both side to strengthen them. The front bars are mounted on the very edge of those cross bars. The opening looks wide, but it's barely wide enough to allow the drive shaft to move up & down. that gave us about a 43* angle for the top bars. The "6link" bars were custom made. They attach to the rear end of the frame then to the axle.
