s10 vs. blazer zr2/zr2
tell me if this dont work right cuz im not sure. lol
okay i am so dadgum confused lol. i am caught between a s10 and a blazer. so help me out. i been thinkin like well i can put a good sound system in a blazer, but i can put that money into exterior stuff on a s10. a blazer has a better turning radius but i will be able to lift a s10 without worrying too much about flipping. so you see what im getting at. im not good at decision making, like favre on that sears commercial lol. so just gimme a idea. btw, the s10 is newer and cheaper but has like 10k more miles. both are zr2, both are wrecked but the s10 not as bad... |

I'd say S10, but it depends on year and how badly each is wrecked. Give more info about both and that'll help.

I'd say s10. I own a Blazer now, and used to own a reg cab s-10. I'd trade my blazer for a pickup anyday

Re: s10 vs. blazer zr2/zr2
thanks guys. the s10 is wrecked in the front cuz he ran it in a ditch. but its only body damage and the radiater is fine and the front end has just been re-aligned. but it is still apart. he has all the parts but we just gotta assemble it. which would be good experience for me...
the blazer is fixed but has had the whole quarter panel and door replaced. unfortunately the car is black and the replacement parts were red. they did a really bad job. the door jam is turning red and the fender guard is scraping the black off but not really noticeably... the s10 is a 2002 and $3300 and the blazer is a 2001 and $4000 |

Re: s10 vs. blazer zr2/zr2

Re: s10 vs. blazer zr2/zr2
shoot yea dude. Im in Hendersonville only like a hour away. Actually i was down there a couple weeks ago for a race at the motor speedway.
yea i want a quadsport so bad. I sold my KX250F to buy the truck and then we just got a old 97 bayou 300 4 wheeler for 200 bucks (the piston is slapping but still a good price.) i miss racing so much. my last was in the 85 class at top gun. i got a rock straight through my goggles and had to quit for awhile. they really need to clear the rocks outta that track. ATV racing looks ok to me except the holeshots look scary lol. I might get into it if they werent so bad. I saw a gthree bike pileup at the ag center here and a guy dislocated his shoulder and i think broke his leg ![]() |

Re: s10 vs. blazer zr2/zr2
i seen it...
kx250f, kawasaki right? good bikes buddy used to race one... rocks at top gun are terrible... thats one reason i hate ridin there... bayou's are good quads... i bought my first quad a scrambler with a piston slappin for $250 fixed it... and still ride it almost everyday... let me know next time you come to the good ol HKY for a race i'll meet up with ya and we'll shoot some shit... and drink some beer... well if your old enough haha idk how old you are... haha |

Re: s10 vs. blazer zr2/zr2
It really depends on what you are going to be using it for. I like the BaZeR2s because you have tons of dry storage in the passenger area and there is loads of room for a system. But, I use my rig for hunting and I didnt want to put a bloody, tick infested ferrel hog in the back of my nice clean blazer so I bought the pickup and put a camper shell on it. Now if the ticks fall off in the bed, it nothing a hose wont fix and my gear still stays dry. Plus with the Xcab I can put some stuff in the cab, and Ive still got 6' of covered storage out back. Ive also got a rack on the camper so I could even put gear up there if I wanted.
So, long story short. I vote Blazer unless you want to put dirty stuff in the back. |
