truck won't start, need help.
I have a 94 SS vin "w" with some problem I can't diagnose. I have replaced the Distributer, Coil, Wires, Fuel filter, and Fuel pump(trust me when I say it needed replacing). I have verified spark and fuel pressure, yet the truck will not fire up. Any suggestions?

Id estimate it's at 30psi. It'll hold pressure for a few minutes

there's your problem, should be 55 to 61 psi and won't try to start below 50 psi why did you replace the old pump? rust or lack of psi? what brand pump did you use?

If his system is mfi the pressure should be41-47 psi key on not running with a decrease of 3-10 psi when running at idle Edit...disregard.. Last edited by Rhotpursuit : 06-13-2008 at 09:06 PM. |
