Re: xbox 360 problem

also you could just try telling them it is showing the rrod. They will send you the shipping ups sticker and you send it out. I have heard of other people that did this even though it wasn't rrod yet and got it fixed for free

Re: xbox 360 problem

yea mine did that too towards the end. It would rr on me, i could restart it and it would work for a little while than freeze and rr again. They should be able to cover it under the rr warranty. Let us know how it works out. Expect about 1-2 weeks before you get it back.

Re: xbox 360 problem

yea I know I was counting the days down until I got it back. It did give me a chance to go back and play some old xbox games on the original system that I missed playing.

Re: xbox 360 problem

Mine got to texas in like a day and a half and was fixed within 2 days. It took them forever to ship it back out thought. It seems they had it fixed and kept it for awhile before shipping it. Hopefully they sent yours right out right away. They added the facebook, twitter and zune thing to xbox live now. The free music player thing is pretty cool.

Re: xbox 360 problem

Should have hooked up a hair dryer to the back side of it and played it for a while. That would've helped cause it to overheat.
