looking for win98 file

I got a new cell phone that came with software and a USB cable so i can do all sorts of crap when i sync it to my computer, problem is the software runs only on either win2000 or winXP, well both of my computers have win98 and i dont plan on getting winXP anytime soon, so just for the hell of it i tried loading the software on the computer and got a popup window titled: "MWINPOR1.VXD" and it said "Lans32w.exe not loaded", from what i found out that file (as of winXP) is not used anymore and the company that made it, LanSorce, sunk in 1999, so... can any of you swordfish mo'fo's somehow pm/email me this file or wont this work at all???
