I was lucky when mine took a shit I had warranty and got a replacement within the week. Although I sold it to a friend and it crapped out about a month later. Wonder why they all die.

try craigslist. mine did it and i searched there but u gotta use your best judgement when looking for someone to work on ur xbox. it would be the fastest and cheapest probley

you can send it to microsoft, you can buy a new one from gamestop then swap the numbers and return it(idc what you clowns have to say about this), you can put 3 towels around it then turn it on for 15 min(worked with my buddys)

It is REALLY easy to fix the RROD as long as the problem is the heat sync compound.

Seriously, just look around on the internet. There are tons of easy fixes that dont require a lot of know-how.

I had to do this when I got the infamous 3 of 4; Microsoft fixed it for free and had it back to me in about a week.

I would say yes. but its hacked up quite a bit. someone took it apart that didnt know what they were doing so all the clips in the back were messed up so i had to basically tear it apart. Sorry!
