What Springs to use

I have a 1999 S-10 4cyl Extended cab. When I purchased it (used) it appeared to have been lowered. It also came with the 5-spoke late Camaro rims. I am having problems with by shocks and need to replace them. And I'm not sure what type of springs i need. I am thinking Xtreme but would rather have a clue before I start tearing things out. Thanks.

why are you replacing the springs? and do you want to stay lowered or go to stock height or go lower? you don't have to touch the springs to replace the shocks on these trucks

And just keep in mind the xtreme leaf springs are basicaly a 1 1/2" drop leaf spring the same as other 1 1/2" drop leaf springs.
