S-10/Sonoma Suspension Torque Specs

Hey guys, I have access to Alldata here at school and I figure I can help out a little bit by posting a various write ups for stuff like torque specs. So here are the suspension torque for S-10 and Sonoma P/U. (specifically pulled from 1990 S10 2wd 4.3L V6)

Lug Nut Torque Specs:
Aluminium Wheels - 90 ft.lbs
Steel Wheels - 73 ft.lbs

Rear Suspension:
Leaf Spring U-Bolt Nuts - 85 ft.lbs
Shackle To Frame Bolt - 92 ft.lbs
Shackle to Front Bracket Bolt - 92 ft.lbs
Shackle To Spring Bolt - 92 ft.lbs
Shock Absorber Lower Mount - 50 ft.lbs
Shock Absorber Upper Mount - 15 ft.lbs

Front Suspension:
Lower Ball Joint - 83 ft.lbs
Lower Control Arm Bushing - 20 ft.lbs
Lower Control Arm To Frame Attaching Nut - F: 94 ft.lbs / R: 66 ft.lbs
Service Ball Joint To Upper Control Arm - 17 ft.lbs
Shock Absorber to Control Arm Bolts 20 ft.lbs
Shock Absorber Upper Attaching Nut - 8 ft.lbs
Stabilizer Bar Bracket o Frame Bolts And Nuts - 24 ft.lbs
Stabilizer Link Nut - 13 ft.lbs
Upper Ball Joint - 61 ft.lbs
Upper Control Arm To Frame Attaching Nuts - 1987-88: 45ft.lbs / 1989-92: 65 ft.lbs
Stabilizer Bar Clamp - 24 ft.lbs
Stabilizer To Link Bolt - 33 ft.lbs

Steering Components:
Power Steering Pump Mounting Bolts - 2.5L: 20 ft.lbs / 2.8L&4.3L: 36 ft.lbs
Power Steering Pump Pressure Line Fitting - 20 ft.lbs
Power Steering Pump Rear Brace Nut To Engine - 18.8 ft.lbs
Rear Brace Nut To Power Steering Pump - 33 ft.lbs
Splash Shield To Steering Knuckle - 10 ft.lbs
Steering Gear Hose Coupling - 21 ft.lbs
Steering Gear Lower Clamp Bolt - 26 ft.lbs
Steering Gear Side Cover Bolts - 45 ft.lbs
Steering Gear To Frame Bolts - 55 ft.lbs
Tie Rod End To Steering Knuckle - 40 ft.lbs
Adjusting Sleeve Lock Bolts - 71 in.lbs
Castle Nut To Steering Knuckle Spindle - 10-12 ft.lbs while turning forward, loosen to just loose position, then back off until hole in spindle aligns to slot in Nut (no more than 1/2 flat)

Pretty cool but all the torque specs are already in the sticky at the top of this page.

I have been a tech since 2000 and only torque headbolts and the occasional wheels after replacing rotors. other than that i just tighten it. NEVER had an issue.
