Is this frame repairable?
Is this an easy fix? and does this happen, I never saw it. Truck has 70k.

looks fine to me. just clean it up and weld some support metal in there

the only scary part there is how far is the metal thinned out like that? Your not gonna know until ya start cutting the thinned out metal back until theres a nice solid piece to weld too. If you are or you know someone thats good at welding yes its fixable. Just make sure there good, over head welding is not easy for the beginner to get a nice weld and actually penetrate the metal.
