hey guys, i got a 96 s10 with a lt1 and a stick in it since i put the lt1 in i've noticed some handleing charteristics that i dont like come back. its dropped 2inches in the front with spindles and new nitro shocks. the back is also dropped 2inches with dropblocks and new shocks as well,, i locked the overload spring to the spring pack to get rid of wheelhop befor the v8 and it worked well for the 4cyl. i've braced the frame with some 2in tubing which firmed up the bodyroll alot and keeps the motor from torqing the frame enuf to break another windshield. i am thinking of tubeing the back half and 4linking it with either bags or coils but thats a costly endevor that i wanna look at further down the road..
i need to get rid of these things pretty quickly
1.corners like crap
2.hit a bump and the front end feels like a boat it floats for a few secs after a big bump kinda like bad shocks but ive change em since i put the motor in.
3. wheel hop some times it takes off fine and will smoke all through 3rd other times if it breaks loose it has horrid wheel hop and will almost knock the dash out..
o im running 215/55/15 in the front and 275/50/15 out back. im shure that some of the sway is in the tires but theres gotta be a way to stiffen it up
