first gen floppy steering fix

Guys with floppy tilt steering. tighten these 4 E8 bolts with some red loc tite. its a bitch but well worth it. alll 4 of mine were loose

haha ya that lil snap ring on shaft was a joke but rest wasnt bad. 9 dollar clock ring tool and 10 doller pin puller and some tq bits. took me about an hour or so but i practiced on a spare column i had laying around
