Crazy noise in the front end!!???

Hey everybody im new to this forum and hope there's sombody out here that can help me. I'v got a 2002 Zr2 that I recently bought to keep the miles off my F250. A week or so after I started driving it, it started making a crazy noise thats coming from the front passenger side. It sounds like when you put a basball card in the spokes of a bicycle. The noise starts after it has been drove for awhile and the sound changes as you slow down like somthing is hitting with every rotation of the tire. Iv had the tire off and everything looks good and nothing is running on the tire, I put it on the lift and ran it and it made no noise. Im thinking it could be the wheel bearing but wanted to see if anybody else has had this problem and could pin point it any better. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
