It actually looks a lot brighter in there now with the Bezel painted, the in-dash DVD player all lit up, and the Blue LED door speakers. It doesn't bother me though. Looks cool as hell outside, even through the tinted windows. I'll post a newer picture latter. And yeah, it was from http://www.blackcatcustom.com/.

There is no additional wiring for the LEDs BTW. There is a how-to here somewhere that shows how to install them. Not too difficult.

They have them with Bowties also, or you can custom design your own. You don't have to get the Xtreme. They even said that they could make one identical to mine, except for the Bravada 120mph cluster. That's next for me I think.

Here are the default options for the S10 overlays...

Re: Post pics of YOUR XTREME/ZQ8!!!

if your looking to get the leds, go to superbrightleds.com and order 6 WLED 5-LED wide angle bulbs. all you do is take your old bulbs out which are 194's. pull the bulb out itself from the piece that twists into the cluster. take your new bulb and pull the prongs thru and bend them over. this is kinda like a mini light from a strand of christmas tree bulbs. you need to make sure that the prongs you pull thru make contact with the metal on the cluster. just twist them and it holds them inplace. seriously the easiest thing i have done to my interior. its a lot easier than it seems. once you look at it, you will understand what im talking about.

and trilogy, my boss is a dealer for american racing wheels. how exactly would you go about getting them thru them? like how much would they cost opposed to buying them direct?

Re: Post pics of YOUR XTREME/ZQ8!!!

for the LED bulbs:
http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...gi?product=CAR

4th one from the bottom, 5LED wide-angle bulbs, choose which color you want from the drop down.

I've had the Blazer up to 4600rpm in overdrive with my W4M Performance tune....somewhere between 130 and 140mph, depending on convertor slippage... Rock solid!

6 bulbs for just the gauge cluster? or does that include the other stuff like the switches and knobs in the rest of the dash?

Boyd Coddington was forced to sell his line of wheels to American Racing last year. So technically, AR owns boyd coddington wheels. The pricing is VERY different when comparing cost to retail. the markup is unbelievable.

Technically 9 for the cluster if you count the T1.5's for the high indicator and turn signal indicators...but yes, 6 of the 194 style.

About two and a half years. Why do you ask?

Because with everything everyones done to their truck im moving at an unimaginably slow pace, And going to college surely isnt going to speed things up any lol but o well. Hopefully in two and a half years my truck will look almost as good as yours, love ur truck man

Re: Post pics of YOUR XTREME/ZQ8!!!

they are dropped 1.5" from stock using drop coils in the front, and different leaf springs in the rear. many say they are 2/2 dropped stock but it is really 1.5" but then an additional 0.5" because of the lower profile tires. the best way for an additional drop is 2" drop spindles up front, and 2 or 3" drop blocks for the rear. this is economical (just over $200 including shipping cost), safe, and easy to do
