Im hoping by the end of the month...

but then again I have a bed cover coming in 3 weeks or so...

So I dunno if they will be able to match the paint to it if I get it done early

Theres gonna be alot...alot...of flake involved in the paint job

This thread really has me jonesing for a solid black fleet side regular cab Xtreme.

It's just my opinion, and my opinion of course don't mean sh*t

, but I think chrome grills on Xtremes stick out like a soar thumb. I see chrome grills the same as I do the one guy's blue grill. Another example is when you see the cars that are clean looking, but then they have those $2 chrome door trim strips from Walmart stickered on them. I just think it kills the contrast and cleanliness.

For instance, this truck just looks f*cking killer from this angle. I even dig the M3 head lights, but I think I'm one of the few who likes the completely blacked out truck look. I'm up in the air on the gas tank door though. Maybe paint the door black but leave the trim ring in the brushed finish? Before the chrome and blue, I'd say that truck was about perfect on the outside.

I think on a black truck, the blacker it is the better.
