Well decided to go outside around 7PM when it was pitch black out and take apart my throttle body and other random items under the hood....

I painted some like the computer and t-body a HOK's Candy Blue, the rest got a coat of rattle can silver paint (only the oil cap and air cleaner cover)

So sue me, I was bored!!!

The rest of the shit is getting chromed or scotch brighted til they are shiney as ****!

its a 4.3 vortec, with clear corners, 10,000K HID kit, K/N air filter, roll pan, magnaflow dual exhaust, upgraded speakers, the pics show with zq8 rims but i got 18's on it now,

i loved those headlights when i had them on my truck. i did a lil modification to them though i opened them up and took out the silver thing covering up the low beam bulb so it would be brighter. i like my lights almost blinding so lol. then changed the socket to a 9005 socket and got the harness adapter. so had dual high beams basically.

best pics i have of it. but it was a great mod.

damn ive been wanting to figure out what to do to have the dual headlights! i might try that...also removing the silver inside the headlight is a great idea, thats the main reason i hadnt gotten them...a friend said that dims them alot!

Question though did they fog up after you did that? and what did you do to seal them??

they did dim it alot and i hated it. like i said i love the glare on the lights such as the hids so i did that. theres a how to i think for dual headlights search for it but just use a heat gun or blowdryer( i used a blowdryer) to seperate the lens from the housing then twist the thing off till it comes off. then just press it back together heat it up then stick it in the freezer for about 5 min so you dont have to re seal with something. never fogged up and worked great. (the fast cooling helps it harden faster and it will become stronger or something remeber reading that somewhere)

I have these angel eye's, I loved them at first, I think they still Look cool at night, but in the daytime I'm not such a fan... I have been toying with the idea of switching them out for the ones you guys have above...

btw my truck has been off the road and under construction for 1.5 years but will be back up and running compleatly rebuilt by spring

thanks for the info....im not to good with electrical so im gonna show these to a buddy see if he can help me out! I would love to have the quad beam along with the fogs when i flip on the high beams.....thing is i currently have HIDS that werent plug and play and therefore spliced into the headlight harnest...so i thinking that this might not be good lol...i still have the connector for the stock lights cause when i installed the HIDs i wanted to have a back up plan...so i think im gonna do a complete overhaul of my lighting in the near future... Euro clear headlights and pulling out silver cover, HIDs all around, and quad beam wit up grade!! should give me plenty of light!!!!!

tire hit the blower box on pass side and lost it somewhere on 81 lol
both lay on the firewall now

hopefully this winter is good to me

I have these angel eye's, I loved them at first, I think they still Look cool at night, but in the daytime I'm not such a fan... I have been toying with the idea of switching them out for the ones you guys have above... btw my truck has been off the road and under construction for 1.5 years but will be back up and running compleatly rebuilt by spring
