Yea its been a while, saw some old trucks that now are looking great funny how a work in progress actually becomes progress lol....I got back on here doing some research on why my truck wasn't starting... turns out the fuel pump was fried *sigh*..... anywho all is well for the most part around here thankfully. I'll throw up a pic or two I guess

Well finally got my new plates today... 1LOWGRK = translation 1 LOW GREEK, I'm Greek btw.

Trucks dirty so don't mind that, only reason I have my front plates on is because I got pulled over too much for not having one, xtreme plate cover is hanging on my wall all dusty

Did you ever get a ticket for no front plate? I haven't had one in over 2 years and have been pulled over twice (both within the last 3 months including one 2 weeks ago) without anything more than a verbal warning.

After getting 7 fix it tickets for not having a front plate I gave up... putting it on your dash still doesn't help its not "visible"

I live in California certain areas cops are strick about modifcations but they dont care about air suspension.

ive been pulled over 8 times for no front tag. twice within 100 feet of each other, once in the parking lot at work, once in the middle of the road, and the others in random places. $60 each time. thats $480 i could of had. the last one i had i really got hassled for it. the guy even took a picture of my front end. out of the 12 or so times ive been pulled over, he was worse than all combined. . .

officer dick: "i pulled you over for not having a front liscense plate. its illegal here in md to not have one."
me: "yes officer, i know."
officer dick: "well where is it?"
me: "im not sure. i think its at home. dont really have a place for it."
officer dick: "you have that whole front bumper to put it, why dont you have it on?"
me: "i dont have a place for it."
officer dick: "is that a tv?"
me: "yes."
officer dick" "you know its illegal to have a tv in sight of the driver?"
me: "am i watchin it right now? its only illegal if im driving and watching it. its also a radio ya know."

10 minutes goes by. he comes back with a camera and takes a snap shot of my front end. tells me his little spew and tells me again, "you have that whole bumper up there, you really should put it on." thinkin to myself shut the **** up and give me my ticket already. signed my shit and off i went.

i have no problems with cops, but when theyre assholes, makes you wanna be an ass right back. first and only time ive been rude to one. i think the picture thing was a little unnecessary. sorry for the book.

where would i put it?

Here's My X...2/3 drop...i built a custom sub box...simple but looks like the spare tire and it hits hard...the only reason I made one like that is because I've had my subs stolen twice and I wanted something discrete.

Damn the fine you have to pay is $60, its only a $10 fine after the ticket being signed off, I just got tired of meeting my boys brother to sign it off or find a cop just a hastle...

Once I stop daily driving it then I will take it off and do a full paint and put my xtreme cover back on.

ya that sucks...i've been pulled over 2 times for no front plate, once for tint being too dark, 2 times for blue corner lights and 3 times for my license plate light not being lit up enough to show my license plate...they were LEDs and they have nothing better to do than hassle people
