LQ4-4L80E swap - Need a little info I could not find searching....

Hey guys, Im putting a 6.0 LQ4 and a 4L80E in my 01 Xtreme, I cannot find any info on what I can expect for clearance and fitment issues with the trans. The info I read says there are issues that can be overcome but was not specific on these issues.......Any info would be great! Thanks, Ryan
