typhoonish conversions

Hey in mew to the forum but know first gen s10s like the back of my hand. I currently have a 91 s10 blazer 4x4 4.3 tbi perfectly straight body only 150,000 miles near perfect interior. (good base for a project)

My plans in order are:
full exhaust heedman headers flomaster maybe 2.5" pipe
lowering leafs lowering t bar keys, new shocks re-build front end tie rods hubs ect.
newer posi rear end with disk brakes, probably going to put a big brake kit front and rear $$$$$
vortec swap fresh bore 30 over all new internals cam pretty much totally built not sure on the details yet

then awd and super charger
was gonig to pick up a astro or bravada to do the swap iv read up quite a bit about it doesnt seem too hard
dont know about using a 5speed some people are saying it works some are saying it doesnt

and i would obviously be making changes to the body and interior along the way

any input would be great, what else are other people doing? turbo or supercharger? has anyone built a 4.3 specifically for a supercharger whats your set up?
this is going to be a long long project but i think its pretty do able just time and money
