Whats this do?

Someone mentioned to me awhile back that if I put some air into the fittings on the bottom of my pumps they would do something. What will happen and if anything how much air do I put in?

Hmm, most pumps now adays have air fittings right on the blocks. Mine do.

This is to give it more of a bang for your buck... but could be very dangerous and very hard on your system.

Although i've never done research into this, www.layitlow.com will be able to answer that question for sure.

30 PSI. It reduces cavitation in the pump head.

makes the pump head seal wear out fast tho.
