Re: what coils to run

Re: what coils to run
for just up and down, nothing special, you can run your stock springs up front.

Re: what coils to run
you can do coil over in the front with powerballs in the front, takes a bit of work and welding on the lower control arm it seems pointless to me. I suggest doing a coil under set-up with the stockers cut down, or 2 ton coils.

Re: what coils to run
if you really want to hop I know someone who has a pump laying around that will get you so much hop its sick! I might also be able to hook you up with some extended uppers. I am not into hopping but I am accidently a hydraulic and s10 expert ![]() |

Re: what coils to run
off the top of my head I cannot remember how many turns to have, I will check here in a second. You will have to cut your frame for control arm clearance and have spindles to lay. If you want you can swing by and check out an s10 I am building and see exactly what needs to be cut and what not.

Re: what coils to run
the best no work/cut coil(they are 6" tall out of the box) for the s-10's in opion is the red's 1ton precut with a 6" cylinder, that way you wont lock up as hard.
