Re: my s-10
Regardless if you get a 4link I would box/reinforce the frame.

Re: my s-10
if you put a 4 link on it it should get rid of your frame flexing. plus where do you have your cylinders located? that makes a big differance

Re: my s-10
what size cylinders do you have? my truck had 12's on the back with leaf springs when i bought it and it didnt do that to the frame but it did rearch the springs from being bent in such an arch when lifted. I'm working on installing the SD 3-link now nad so far i like the kit really well.

Re: my s-10
I used to have my s-10 juiced and i had leafs on it at first and it was doing the same thing you are talking about. Guess what after three weeks the frame broke. The notch about two inches from the weld ripped the metal in half, get that linked quick to save your self some head ache. Trust me.

Re: my s-10
definitly dont stick with the leafs..your going to bend the frame, i know other said its the bed flex, but after awhile it puts strain on the frame...also, did you just buy this truck all set up like that?

Re: my s-10
My boy rob from AAC was tellin me theres no point in puttin in a 4 or 3 link... he was tellin me something about there being too much lift in the rear and that one of th elinks would not be able to hold properly that it would break off... not sure what exactly he was talkin about cause it was a while ago but my s10 dont flex like that when i jack up the back and ive only got 1 leaf left |

Re: my s-10
yea i think its cause of the notch thats on there right nowthe peeple put a step notch on it and like cut out the frame so its reall weak in that spot...but im bou tto get a fbi 10 inch notch and if it still does it im prolly gonna save some money and get it backhalfed.....
