Re: help on routing lines
heat wrap the lines. my buddy had a problem with his air line that was to close to the motor. he heat wraped it and its been fine for years. i know people use stainless line for bags. not sure if that will hold the pressure for juice. maybr someone else here knows more than me about the stainless lines.

Re: help on routing lines
you can use hard line but you have to get it bent at a hydraulics place, its not the same thin ass stuff used for air. 150psi versus 8000psi. But alot of guys run hardline for hydros, just cost alot

Re: help on routing lines
yea so i ran my line after my girl picked it up. forgot to tell her and i forgot myself that i need 2 female ends not male. so i get it all ran and had to put a braided steel line in from prohoppers just until i can get back up to the place and get more hose. it worked fine until i decided to hop the front a little. guess those lines arent made for hi preasure. it broke and fluid went all over, but i had another so i swaped it and i was good to go. im gona do hardline when i gat a somthin eltse to drive. i have all the stuff i need to do it.

Re: help on routing lines
it depends on the line, the stuff you can buy and do yourself like for fuel line is no where near strong enough. Best bet is leave it at a hydraulic shop for a day and let them mandrel bend them with their $10k machine

ive got 8' of stainless tube and a bunch of swagelok fittings. i have a bender, not the $3 ones from ebay either. the tube is raited up to 5,000 lbs. i think the only problem im gona have is i dont know how tight to tighten the fittings so thay dont leak. o dont wana over do it. is thare a torque on swagelok fitngs?
