easy, pull your front shock, get a 1& 7/8 hole saw, stick the guide bit in the old shock hole, drill out your hole, take your cylinder, slide a donut over the top, take a coil, weld it to the cup, bolt that to the bottome of the cylinder, slide the cylinder set-up threw the underside of the frame, hook up your lines and your golden

Close...

1 7/8" is a little big, but to each his own. I usually use a 1 5/8"... but this is just splitting hairs...

And there is no need to weld the cup to the spring. Use a deep cup, and it won't come apart. The weld will break, and heating the spring will cause it to get brittle.

On your truck, I use 1/2 ton full size springs, and cut them down to about 3 1/2 rounds. They ride pretty good, and fit in fine. When you cut them, use a cut off wheel, and not a torch, for obvious reasons...

More than 10 switches is just a waste. Its not like you are Dr Dre Pimpin on the Boulevard with yor 16 switches.

So you will be runnin 3 pumps and 6 dumps??? Thats on odd setup. All you need is 4 dumps, then you can do it all. FBSS and standing 3 if you use 2 pumps for the back.

I run 10 switches but mostly use 4.
