back half and Juice install

Ok we started out with a wrecked 97 S10 Ex cab. 2.2 5 speed. The front and rear were totaled out so i bought it for 200 bucks and here it is! We began stripping the truck to see what the damage to the frame was and concluded that a back half and juice install was needed to get this thing rolling again. along with the frame all the front end parts had to be changed out for parts we had laying around after my last sonoma burnt to the ground. Well start off with pics of the damage and work into pics of the new frame rails. we are using 1/4 inch side wall steel(oh so beefy). Well be doing a 3 pump pro hopper setup and our goal is to be able to three wheel and hop the rear. Our ultimate goal is todo a standing three wheel so to achieve this were going todo a tank behind the axle along with all the batteries and pumps. We need peoples input for the voltage and brand batteries to run along with how many. Let us know what you think of the prgress so far much more to come.

SAFTEY FIRST!!

Clean and simple.

yeah so basically they had there fun and i worked. Dont get me wrong they helped where they could but its kinda hard for them to help right now when there is only one welder!

I got some work done today, I stayed after school and sandblasted the suicide doors differential three link bracket because it was in the garage that burned down. So i mounted that to the axle and mounted the Gmc wheels up front. i have a lot of measuring and figuring to get the axle set up plus i am waiting for four link bungs. Ill keep you posted

Re: back half and Juice install

Today I mounted and balanced some 195/60/15 tires on those GMC wheels. When i bought the truck it came with those black mustang Wheels and a 5/6 drop kit so I got all that crap loaded in my truck and i am taking it back to the kid tomorrow. Also I called ProHopper today and ill get the hydros thurs and my 4-Link bungs will be here friday. I have all day Sat off so you should see some progress Sat night. Other than that not much progress today!

Re: back half and Juice install

Looks good. Will you be reinforcing the entire frame to withstand the 3 wheeling and hopping?
