MIG aluminum pic
i'm getting better at it
but still need lots of practice. upper left bead is the best. the far right one is a lot bettter than the pic shows, so is the bottom left.

Yea, doesn't look too bad. I'd try and get the puddles closer tho. And Maybe a little less thick

i have tried it (welding aluminum) only a few times. this is the first time i have been consistantly good at it.
so i'm sure the welds will look/be better as time goes. i'm going to go down to the metal store and talk the guy out of a bunch of scrap to practice on. now, if my smaw was doing this good ... |
