botched custom work
i baught my truck with a ''custom tailgate tail lights and rollpan'' i had to replace it because i bumped it with my other car and caused a jarge dent. when i was looking at the work to find to fix it i found that it was two pieces of 18guage metal tac welded to the body and bondoed up ... long story short i wanted to know if any of you have ever got any custom work that wasnt done like it should have been. if you have pics they would be good. i will put my pics on here when i can get to my truck to take them

Re: botched custom work
yeah that whole bed ended up being a hack... they shaved the gas door with about 5 pounds of bondo and the tail lights were only held in with RTV selant i ended up having to take the whole thing to the scrap yard

Re: botched custom work
there is a paint/body section. This is the fabricators forum. This section has nothing to do with bodywork.
