It was fun, great to have everyone over.

Here's the turkey mounted and seasoned

Lowering into fryer

Oil at 400 degrees

Yum

Not pictured: 2 racks pork ribs, macaroni salad, HONEY BAKED HAM, cheese fondue, pumpkin pie,
banana custard something or other pie, key lime pie, caramel swirl brownies, all kinds of food +
Gentleman Jack, 4 cases beer, Patron Silver, hot Dicken's cider, peppermint schnapps, and Kool-Aid for kids.

Nothing like beer and fire in garbage can to keep you warm.
