wheel ?S on a 3" tbd 1st gen

i just traditional body dropped my 1st gen and idk what size of wheels i can fit. i have a 4.3 v6 im making a new firewall and i wanna do 20s thats all well and good but how wide can they be and what size can the tire be?

Back in the day i had an 83 blazer to the rockers with a shaved pinch and i had 20s on the front but i had to cut the bracing out from the hood above the tire so it did not poke through.

this time around i have a 90 s10 and im running 20s but im laying pinch. clears with a little more breathing room and i had/have 255/35/20's on them.

wheels were/are 8.5" wide as well.
