Got my cantilever plates cutout. I cut them out with a cutting wheel on a grinder. Took probably 3 hours lol, but it comes out so much cleaner..

....The big bad cantilevers. Thanks to bdmpastx for the bushings i needed. The canti's consist of a bellcrank within the cantilever itself. This is where the shocks are mounted, as the cantilevers go in their arc motion to lift the truck, the bellcrank opens the shock. The one on the top will be the suspension at full lift, and the one at under it is a fully compressed shock, hiding it..

Those look bad ass..but I'm concerned about the poly bushing you have at the pivot point, really needs to be solid. There is tremendous pressure & force there...we use a sealed bearing. Now by no means am I an expert, this what I was told by Jason & Max Fish..

he should really be ok with the poly bushing for the pivot point. he is going perpendicular to the axle so there are no rotating force on the pivot point. i would thing that just going straight up and down should be fine but i guess we'll see when he finish it

i had the problem on my with the poly deforming and twisting the whole arm in the wrong direction. because mine it really not perpendicular in the axle or moving in one plane. really it moves in about 2 or 3 i think. i had to have my dad machine some brass bushing for me to make it a solid bushing. thankfully everything work beautifully now.
