What show is in Owensboro? I'd like to make it out there and see your truck in person. Looking great, keep it up man.

Wouldn't be nearly as cool if it wasn't built by a fellow iowan! Thought the truck looked bad ass at dragfest last year but it looks like you have done alot since then.

1\4" from each other.

Just a thought, this week I had a buddy come in telling me he kept blowing airlines. When I scanned the engine bay I realized the plastic line was about 3" from the hot ass headers.

I got some braided hose made up for the front end of the truck. It runs straight off the front bags and goes about half way down the frame rail and re-connects to the plastic line.

Sorry I don't have the exact max temperature it's good till, but it is rated for more than how hot that header would ever get. They cost me $80.00 and I got swivels attached to both ends.

Just throwing it out there, maybe something to look into, truck looks sick, keep plugging away!

Oh ya I forgot, if you guys are ever rolling that exhaust wrap around your headers/pipes...whatever.

Wet the wrap first, don't have to soak it, just get it damp...then apply it. It keeps all that insulating dust shit from flying all over. And when it dries it looks nice and neat as well.

hey let me ask ...I have to make headers (ex. manifold) on my truck ... 2.2 4 cyl ... I know you made yours but does it matter if they arent that long ...like each tube roughly 10-12"??? does it lose to much back pressure

Re: STFB Crewcab Longbed RHD. 22.5 semi wheels

the flares are made out of fiberglass so that would be the hairs your seeing or just sanding texture because there is not any lose hair in the flares. got the rear end blasted today and will be installing it and painting the rear frame section tomorrow. i no i have been saying it for awhile but hope to get this thing fired up on saturday and getting my tanks and valves hooked up.
