Re: So I finally started...
New pics
The rear tubs are startin to take shape now, and are pretty much done, i didnt work friday, so i dont have fully done pics of them. The outside is tied into the inside. so that the underside of teh tubs is completely sealed to the elements, and skinned smooth. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Re: So I finally started...
Ok as for alittle insight i have mine laid out on 20's and of course the rear is tubbed i have 2 cavi seats back there. Very tight and the sides of the seats push together. You could probly do it. When i bd mine for 22's i think ill take a bench seat out of a cavi and cut it down and use that. Just some food for thought.

Re: So I finally started...
Looking good so far. As for the back seat, Jeep Wrangler rear seats fit nice with little modification. Just an idea for ya.

Re: So I finally started...
shit joe, it should be done by show season, and thats all that matters. I get laid off, so thats lots of time to get everything done! small update, talked to richie and taylor today, I SHOULD be picking everything up next weekend *fingers crossed*. I have to buy a fuel cell so they can get it mounted, then should be good to go! I HOPE to fit some sort of seat, but, they think itll be tough, anything can be done though right?!

Re: So I finally started...
So I figured the thread was getting a little boring and id post some pictures, granted, they are nothing too special, but, itll have to do for now! First up we have some air ride stuff! These are photos of the RidePro setup that is being given to me by my father, for the time being... Cannot pass up free stuff thats for sure, just snapped a couple photos of the compressor, the big reds, and the controller, even has the key fob!
![]() ![]() ![]() Moving on to some interior goodies, they are just the boxes, but you get the point. Alpine F1, some of you know of the stuff, some dont, regarded by some as top of the line. Others may disagree, but I cannot wait to get it installed. ![]() The F1 headunit will be controlling everything, the drivers I plan to go with for the two way front stage are as follows: Tweeter: Hertz Mille ML280s ![]() Mid-Bass: Dynaudio MW172, this is an 8 inch driver, will need some modification to the mounting baffle for sure, but intend on keeping it behind the stock door panel! ![]() For amplification, TRU technology will provide the power for all the speakers, later on, the substage will be created, but at first nothing will be needed. The amp is a B-4100 from the billet series, makes a very generous 100 watts by 4. ![]() not the greatest picture I understand, but they look like that! as you can see, I promised some updates, and I have given updates, enjoy! ![]() |

Re: So I finally started...
Well I had this idea going through my cluttered mess of a head the other day, figured Id get some opinions on it. What if I went with the Envoy front end conversion? I have always liked it, and its just a thought on the back burner right now, it would be the last thing getting done, what do you all think? Blazer front end, or envoy front end?
