Heres the project thread for the Trad. Body Drop of my Turd

Pics will be posted probly nightly. Ill be working on this after work during the week unless im to tired. Working out side in this 100 degre heat and coming home to work in a hot garage is exhausting lol.

putting tilt in the truck FO SHO!!!!!!!!!

also going to re work the seat rails and the floor a little to gain a little back. If i only gain a **** hair ill be happy lol.


But im done for the night. Willscrape and I got the interior pretty much gutted. Just gotta get the wire harness crap out. Got the fenders off, hood, bed etc. Just gotta drain the raidator and take it and the core support off.

get a little propane torch and heat the plate on the bottom where the bolt goes through. that and some liquid wrench did the trick. of course i cut and drilled one out before my stepdad came home and showed me that.

tractor supply is cheaper for trailer fenders, I got both of my front ones (32x9) for $45.

Hell yeah dude! I was trying to find the extended/compressed dimensions of a Nissan hardbody shock for the front, but I got too lazy. How are you planning on mounting them in the front?

And are you keeping the SD kit for the rear?

qa1 makes just shocks and coil overs, i had just the shocks.. I had the 12 way adjustables on my Lightning. I have the front ones sitting in the tool box. Just need to be rebuilt but will work just fine. I already mounted one up awhile back.
