Sic man! it's still one of my favorites on the forum. Looks badassed all laid out on stocks, tucking way up in there~!

id say go with the newer sonoma lights with the bigger orange reflector in them. Thatd be sweet. Looks good all together though!

those are just the ones with built in fog lights. either way ditching the reflector looks better anyways.

eh.... i hate the newer lights. the less orange the better imo. the onlyway i would ditch this is for envoys. now that would be sick with the rest of the front end.

the bed is coming out sick. i will have some pics of that early next week.

i love your truck. those black 20's look tight too. you gonna go black when you get some 22's or stay with chrome? any tips on doing the grille like that, i'm really starting to like it. it would look good with the 08 sierra headlights i have in the mail.

sic man! I forgot, what grille (year and all) did you get your center bar from?

Would it be possible to cut the shell down to make it sit flush with the headlights?

im sure its possible to recess it some. the center bar is just part of a 94-97 sealed beam grill. i made sure it was an origonal one though i don't like how the bowtie mounts on the aftermarket ones.

also all this happened a few days before the show.....

So i get my truck all ready for backwoods.... Fill my air tanks up, then turn the truck off. Then i heard a loud hissing noise and i find the leak in one of my viair braided lines. I wrench it 1/4 turn and it gets louder. I proceed to turn and it snaps off at 200 psi, line got me good in the face then proceeded to the back window of my truck!!!!! I'm so pissed. I had the get a few small stitches at the hospital later that night.

Holy ****! I had a grinder disc come apart while I was grinding the welds on my notch. split my knee open and knocked my safety glasses off, but only scratched my face a little. That sucks man!

You're not the only one I've heard say that about the OEM versus Aftermarket grilles. Did You plastic weld it, or set it and fill it with 'glass?

Did you get a new hose and window before the show?

I had one fly apart from a die grinder and go halfway threw the tin on the wall on our shop at my old work!

Also lucky that a back glass isn't too hard to replace and not too much $ if you find a nice one at the boneyard.
