Well today i took the truck for a pretty long drive (about 20 miles around trip) to get the emissions done. Truck drove beautifully! asside from the expected rattles the truck handled wicked nice. I don't think i have even been in an s10 that takes better high speed turns. Overall i think the truck drives nicer then when i bought it stock. The truck just barley passed emissions! The hydrocarbon level was 82 with a limit of 82! haha. I'm getting my plates back on thursday or friday and then driving the magnetic minis. I can't wait to take this thing to a show.

glad to hear the good news bro!!! so you'd say putting in the front swaybar with the f150 bushings is a must? id like mine to handle a bit better up front...

yeah the front rides real sweet. as for the bed its getting done in complete sheet meta. I have everything except time. I'll get the bed done after show season. I need a ****ing break! haha. I don't plan on staying at a hotel for magnetic... i live 20 minutes away.

future plans for this winter include suicide doors, sheet metal bed, shave the body (not the tail lights or the cab corners though), and fiberglass/tweed the interior... not sure if i will get to everything but i do plan on keeping it the same color after i repaint it.
