Sam nigels_world had the same problem (as do I but I don't think mine hits) What he did was make a flat plate to bolt onto the egr mount, and another flat plate to bolt onto the egr itself. drill the approriate size hole in each and then weld a bent tube inbetween. So basically imagine little single cylinder exhaust manifold flanges. you need to make two and weld some tubing between. Buy two egr gaskets and your done

My dash speakers buzz but when you turn the headlights on the buzzing stops hahahaha. Those pics are the first time laying it out let alone pulling it out of the garage for about a year.

Also another thing is i dont get shit for lift really. It BARRELLY clears those stocks that are on it. I have slam 6" sd uppers and lowers with drop spindles. I seem to see everyone else getting more lift on a 1st gen layin rocker on stocks.

Your shit is looking really good dude. After doing my truck so far i have a whole new respect for anyone that does this shit. Ive done everything alone so far. Its taking so long and a shit ton of money hahaha

Sounds exactly like my problem. I thought that i would be able to ditch the wire harness that unclips for my heat but my fuel pump wire ran through it. Just make sure that you have all the origonal wiring hooked up on the truck, and if you extended any wires look if you doubled up colors that you may have switched. my truck's hayes manual had a real nice fuel pump diagram in the back of the book with the wiring coloring and everything. that helped me out a lot.

That sounds like a damn good idea. I might try doing something like that. mine barly hits i can even run the engine but you can feel the added vibration from them hitting. I only need to get it like 1/4" away.

Re: Project ~ stock floored on 22s

hey pat does the egr hit where the wiring plugs into the wiper motor?? thats where mine hit. what we did was take the wires out of the plug, and then solder them into the wiper motor where they wouldve plugged in normally...u get what im sayin??
