ight the plans for this weekend since i'm off is

tack in firewall tubs
reinstall motor and tranny
mach up tranny mount
put cab back on and move back 3/4" and tack on body mounts

and if everything lines up right i'll cut out my tranny tunnel and driveshaft tunnel and my floorboards then take the cab back off and weld it all up solid.

actually she likes to play with the grinder. But anyways today i bought a wrecked blazer with a 4.3, auto tranny, wiring harness, and computer. Plan on going to get it tomorrow and start making my tranny mount by tomorrow night.

yea man got the blazer yesterday... a couple days behind... leaving now to go pull the motor and tranny and make my new tranny mounts. Should see pics either tonight or tomorrow night

sorry guys wont be seeing any pics tonight... the motor out of the blazer just doesn't seem to want to come out very easy... just gonna cut the whole front end off tomorrow with a torch and go from there

hey man, quick question, when u move the cab back 3/4" u just move the cab mounts back, right.? and also would u have to section out 3/4" out of the frame horns? just wondering. thanks man

yes you have to section 3/4" out of the frame horns unless you're gonna stretch the whole front clip/sheetmetal 3/4"

like make two vertical cuts cutting a 3/4" section out between them... then close the gap and weld up

nah my frame is all good just got the all the brackets and body mounts off it.... i cut if off right behind the front body mount if u want it come get it
