well i'm using 3/16 wall 1.25 od. gives me one hell of a work out use the thing, but i can't see spending 900 to upgrade it to hydraulics. in time i may think of a way to do it myself but don't see that happening any time soon.

it says that the bender will go up to 2" od but you have to buy all the dies for it. also i have watch a video on the site were they use it to bend solid 1" bar.
the bender is pretty cheep, but it the f-ing dies cost so dam much. that is the only problem i have with the hole thing. if they didn't cost so much i would have more then just one

well i have a little update.

very got my rear support housing bracket design and cut out at work.

now all i have to do is put all the pieces together

also while i was waiting for the bracket to be cut i started work on the tubing for the new cab floor. going to end up with WAY more room then i thought i would. 2" of head room.

yeah it does to some degree but i'm only using 3/4" squared but it does have a .12 wall. what is picture is about all i'm going to be using of it(per side). i just have to finish around the drive shaft and then get my headers and build in around them. hopefully not to much weight in the end

Don't sweat it bro, I know i seams like the progress is draggin ass to you, but you have come a long way since you started the thred. Lots of bad ass shit going on in the frame work. It takes time, don't rush it or something will come out ****ed up. You gonna try to take it to any shows this year as a rolling chassi or somethig?

you are very right on that!!!! i know it is going to take a while but it will get done sooner than later. just have to keep working on it.

probable only going to make it to carlisle this year. other than small show close to home. just have to much going on right now and i have a lot of work that i have to get done around the house. so after the show it is going to be all hands working on the house and only working on the truck when i got the chance, but don't worry thing will still be getting done
