flooding firewall
i tubbed my firewall for 20s and now it rains inside my truck. I know its coming from the cowl but I haven't seen pics of how you guys are draining the water out after cuttin the stock drain on the passener side jamb. It's the square with the rubber flap

sounds like you cut through the cowl on the passenger side and didnt weld it back up, lets see some pics from inside.

I don't have pics yet but it's the area just above the plug i took out the heater core and you can see the daylight. The weird thing is that guys here have cut the same if not more than me. I'll try to get pics asap

mine was doing that, then i found out that it was becasue i didnt put both fender bolts in,lol

so you pretty much didn't weld the cowl back up to the tub and make a drain on the side of the firewall?

well i did weld it back up but it turn to a swimming pool where the blower was.I just haven't seen pics of drains do i just drill a hole on the side or what.

yeah I will it's just that I haven't seen pics of trucks with them, so just wondering how they are doing it if you notice all the sides are closed off or a least the ones i've seen are. Maybe its something they do after the pics i guess
