Re: Djleighk's Bodydrop 01' Ext Cab 5 Speed

Ok so got a question...i have a 2001 2.2 i removed the a/c comp and plan on not using it again. Anyone know what belt i can use without haveing to get the a/c delete pully?

Also one more question. I dont know what this thing is or what its purpose is but its in my way when I cut the framehorns, any insight on this, picture of what im talking about is just below this. Any ides of where to place this after the horns are lowered or maybe i can just delete this? Thanks for the help.

All my glass is already ****ed so I'm not worried about that. The part I was asking about was some kind of eletric smog pump or something I'm just going to relocate it. And yes the back wall looks a little bad at the moment but it will turn out good a promise u.

sorry I did not pay attention earlier, but the picture above is the secondary air injection pump... relocate it if you have state inspections... ditch it and you throw a code.

good job making filler piece but you better grind down those longer piece. if you plan on grinding the welds smooth the seem will crack because you will be grind off the weld on the filler piece to get it smooth. other then that everything is coming long nicely. great job

Re: Djleighk's Bodydrop 01' Ext Cab 5 Speed

Started working on my clutch setup today...I decided that im just going to move it up and to the left for the clearence...i actually should have enough room for 20's when im done cause i got a good 2-2.5" of clearence with my 18's that are on 240/40/18... I actaully got some of the piece welded up with the clutch master twist in to I just didnt get any pics of it so ill post that up tomorrow.

Re: Djleighk's Bodydrop 01' Ext Cab 5 Speed

Dont know how many of you would know this but i'd thought id ask.....so my clutch master cylinder is just chilling around not on the firewall as you can see from the above pics in the last post. I was wondering, should i be able to press in the master cylinder rod by hand? Cause i cant do it. its like the rod is stuck and wont go in, the rod will turn but seems impossible to push in...Whats this mean...or am i just tripping out?
