Yea but I want a stock floor body dropped. I don't think the mini van had a stock floor body drop. Was it sitting on 18s and 20s and the gas door on the roof? O yea I would like the shop to be in nc or va.

Not really sure since I live in Alaska. Give them a call. The number should be easy to find. I will try and remember where I saw it and post or PM you the number.

What is the principal behind a stock floor body drop compared to a regular body drop. How do they differ?

After my regular body drop, my seat was super close to the stock steering wheel and I didn't have a tilt column so I had to buy a 13 1/2" steering wheel. It helped, but I think I need a tilt wheel. If I get into an accident my nads might get demolished by the steering wheel LOL. |

Stock floor body drops you don't cut out the cab floor and lift it up..you cut down the frame and reinforce it. Stock floor is much more difficult than a regular body drop. and a regular body drop your cab is moved Up wards however far you body drop it thus, you will be sitting higher/close to the roof which makes it a pain in the ass but its fun...Peace

Since he hasn't responded yet I'll try to fill you in on what I think. I know hes done his truck and a few others, I'm not too sure if he'd do yours but I don't know for sure...he might be up for it! But the shop him and I work specializes in stock floor body drops. It's located in Ohio, check out our website in my sig and you can email our boss if Josh doesn't want to do it. Talk to Josh first though.

Honestly, make sure you have a reputable shop like JPKustoms do the body drop. You don't want some shop to give you back your truck in half ass condition, or worse yet start hacking up your truck and not put it back right.

Yeah, does anybody have any pics of fabbed up inner fenders? I need to fab some up and need ideas. I was thinking of looking for fenders used when you make your own trailer. I also remember drag_it talking about using part of a wheelbarrow. Any other suggestions?

Here's a pic of how to reposition the steering column. It's really simple, just redrill the holes, bolt it back down, and that's it

How hard was it too remove the a/c and heat. What did you do with the heater core? And where did you run the coolant lines from the heater core?

heat isnt really gone, just the blower motor is missing. so if the blower motor is missing, obviously theres no heat cuz there nothing to push the hot air at you. heater core is still in position tho. if you want to get rid of it, just barrel the line together in a loop
