awesome. i love the back half. looks clean. but if your doin a backhalf and bodydrop all at once, why didnt you just stock floor it? looks good though man. tube work and welds are nice!

One thing I would have done would have been to grind all that stuff off your rear end and diff. cover, but I'm weird like that!

that did cross my mind. a few things had come up so the extra money wasnt there. plus i am only 5'6 150 lbs. i can afford to give up a few inches. also since i have a step side bed, space was a concern for things. since i kept it at a traditional i was able to use my stock gas tank.

sick truck and rims. pewter trucks FTW! so it's thursday, how's the bed looking?

edit-you could have stockfloored with a stock gas tank. lowdime96 did it. you just make a notch for it similar to the drive shaft notch. he said he could still put he seat all the way back too.

Re: 3 1/2 tdbd on 20/22

we did they same thing but we didnt have to widen the bed. when we narrowed the axle, we took an extra 1/2 inch off each side to make a little more room.

Re: 3 1/2 tdbd on 20/22

i wish i could get it painted now but i am going to wait till spring time. it's goin to be a 2 tone with the stock pewter color and the color of the grill and bumber. we'll take the bed off and hard line everything and make the 2 tone go between the bed and cab. prob going to shave the tailgate handle and keep the tails and door handels but paint the door handle to match. and maybe paint the link bars and such to match or do some chrome. not sure yet.
