Re: 3 1/2 in. BD on 24s!!
Weather it lays out or not it looks sick.... I could personally careless if it does or doesnt but i dont see how its possible to stuff a 24 under stock sheetmetal and lay body the numbers just dont work out. My 20's sit right on the lip for the hood and honestly mine just barley lays out.... But like i said i could careless it does look awesome none the less

Re: 3 1/2 in. BD on 24s!!
make a plate to go over your EGR. You didn't have one on your stock intake manifold so no need for it with the cavi one.

Re: 3 1/2 in. BD on 24s!!
the egr would mount there with a tube to the exhaust and a vacuum line would come to it from a sensor

Re: 3 1/2 in. BD on 24s!!
K lets see if i can do this while feedin the boy...lol
The EGR valve should mount to your intake. The silver tube should run from that to the port in your exhaust manifold and read your exhaust gases like a MAP sensor kind of. You say that your s10 didnt have that there? |

Re: 3 1/2 in. BD on 24s!!
Anyways Im willing to bet that one of the connections your looking for up around the throttle body is gonna go to the EGR valve, that is currently missin lol

Re: 3 1/2 in. BD on 24s!!
K he is done eating so I can actually type now. Your stock intake had to have had an EGR valve on it cause it is an emissions thing that all cars have had since everyone switched over to fuel injection in the early 90s. Call the parts store you use and get one for your cavi intake. The connection is probably gonna be the same since its the same motor essentially. Throw it on. Get you a piece of corigated pipe to run from that to the exhaust port on your exhaust manifold hose clamp it and call it good. As stated before Im pretty sure the plug up by your throttle body is for that.
