you should trim the pinch weld off the rear cabwall so you can raise the tank more. then you can cut the crossmember above the tank and raise that section 1" and take out the front tank bracket and section it down so you can raise it some more.

also, you'll want to slide the brake booster towards the motor about 1 1/2" to clear the wheels. then you can cut the little pushrod mount off the pedal and flip it around to the other side and weld it on

Found this worked to. We just grabbed another s10 brake pedal from the scrap yard and flipped it to the other side. No welding or drilling just bolted it up.

bout time for a build thread man. so whats your trick for keepin the stock hood up front? dont tell me your gonna section it? ive seen it done and it was done well but it's just doesnt look right/proportional. good luck with it man looks like some nice progress so far keep us on the update.

i have to agree 100%. i was going to run 20's on my truck and would of had to section the fender. it just doesn't like right. mess up the lines of the truck in my opinion.

but its your truck and if you like it got for it and good luck with it

bodywork is damn near all complete. shaved mirrors, antenna, doors, gas door, fully finished and roll pan done .

tubbed the firewall to hell! tried to take good pics of how deep they really are. they will bo smoothed and firewall will also be painted.

someone needs to just do like a reverse section on a s10, add like 2" to the body and layout on 26s. b/c wheel size is pretty much only thing ppl care about anymore

actually i decided to go with 22s and a bigger size tire cuz i really dont fell like buying a new rim each week considering i will be driving it damn near every day. but thanks for the input man. it keeps me motivated.
