Re: Wire broke on spare tire carrier. question?

they're about 40-50 on ebay. I took a chance and ordered one from a southern car.
it claims 94-02 is interchangeable.

Re: Wire broke on spare tire carrier. question?

Ironically enough, I found the rim that I'm using for my spare in a parking lot. The tire that was on it was completely trashed, and looked like it got wedged between the parking lot and the back bumper of the truck it was under and drug across the parking lot. I keep my spare tire in the bed since I've heard plenty of people talk about their spare tire cables breaking. If you hadn't already ordered one, I would have dug around to see if I could find my old one somewhere in the garage since I took mine off a few years ago.
