will i need spacers or should these fit

ok , my new wheels should be here tomorrow, i am going with 18x8.5 for the front and 18x9.5 for the rear, i took the advice i got from here and went with 245/40/18 up front and 285/35/18 in the rear for tires, i just got my tires in and they just look huge, are these going to rub? truck is a 96 s10 ext cab stock height. also what should i expect to pay at a good shop (tire kingdom in town) for putting the tires on the wheels and mounting and balancing them , thanks, i will put new pics up as soon as they are on
