smallest tire you would run for billets?
What is the smallest tire you guys would run for some boyd coddington billets? Right now I have a 245/45/17 on there now, my buddy has some 215/45/17, would you guys trust this? Im trying to lay in the front with stock inner fenders

what width wheels? a rule to go by for with is to take the wheel width and add 1 inch. then multiply by 25.4. that will give you the absolute minimum you should run to allow the tire to work properly. so a 215mm width tire would require no narrower than a 7" wheel.
not only that the 215 is 1.06 inches smaller in diameter and could put you at the point to where its easy to bend a wheel. |

I'm running a 225/35ZR20 and a 255/30ZR22 on my billets.
