Post Pics of Your Vette/Monte Carlo rims

I have a set of Monte Carlo rally rims, that i painted black and think will look good with the chrome center caps and beauty rings. Post some pics of your wheels.

Are you talking about the Corvette rally rims? Here's my 94 with 15x7 front and 15x8 rears.

Yeah those are what i'm talking about. Except mine came off of an old montecarlo and all 4 are 15X7's. They're the same rally rim basically. My grandpa gave them to me and i decided to fix them up. Having the same bolt pattern as my S10 i figured why not they can't look that bad. They're currently in the loft of my barn covered with some towels or i would post some pics. I sandblasted them and painted them black and have the stock GM center caps but no beauty rings. I found reproduction beauty rings at summit for the 21 a piece. If you know of anywhere to find them cheaper that'd be great. other than that keep posting pics everyone.

Re: Post Pics of Your Vette/Monte Carlo rims

I like them because they give my truck that old school look. I will drop it 2/3 when I get the time. I have too many projects at the moment. How many do you need. I bought a new set for all four on Ebay. I don't remember how much I paid. My brother-in-law gave me these wheel off his Chevelle. But I do have two original ones in the garage if you want them. I will take pics tomorrow. You can have them, just pay shipping. Where do you live and I can check how much shipping will cost.

Re: Post Pics of Your Vette/Monte Carlo rims

Looks like I'm running exactly what you had in mind. I think the seller said these were factory off a 68 El Camino. The centers are reproduction police caps with 2" Mooneyes bullets in the center, and I think the trim rings were originally from an Astro van. All purchased off Ebay and I had the rims powdercoated by a friend.

All the rims are 15x7, tires are 225/60 in front and 255/60 in the rear.

Thanks buddy i really appreciate it. I live in Vienna Ohio, though it's a girard zip code of 44420. Do the rings have any dings in them or anything like that?

Yeah that is basically what i had in mind except my center caps are the GM corp. not police cruiser lol and i don't think i'd be running such big tires lol i'd prob run 215's on the front and 225's on the rear thanks for your pics.

here are my Repro Rallys... 15x8 235/60/15 up front, 15x10 295/50/15 out back. Not a huge fan of the center caps, i prefer the style that Bad Dad has but these are growing on me.
